Launched by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry in collaboration with the Astana Hub, the Tech Orda initiative has been designed to make quality IT education accessible to young people across the country. Through a system of education vouchers, the program is expected to help thousands of Kazakhstani students gain specialized training in key digital fields, from software engineering and cybersecurity to artificial intelligence, game development, and mobile app design.
Zeba Academy: A Tech Orda Participant
Tech Orda’s framework is straightforward yet transformative. The government provides up to 600,000 tenge per student to help cover tuition costs at private IT schools across Kazakhstan. These funds support institutions that meet high academic standards and offer courses.
At the core of this initiative is Astana Hub, Kazakhstan’s international technopark for IT startups. More than just a business incubator, it serves as a thriving community of innovators, educators, and entrepreneurs united by a shared mission: to build a stronger, tech-driven economy.
Zeba Academy, as a new and innovative IT school based in Kazakhstan, is honoured to be selected as a participant for the Tech Orda program.
The following courses of ours are open for enrolment and will have a cumulative number of 18 vouchers under the Tech Orda program — click here to see the list.
Zeba Academy’s application and selection process follows a structured and transparent system. It begins with the review of software engineering and IT program applications, followed by a phase in which an independent commission interviews the applicants. For enrolment queries, students are encouraged to write via email to hello@zeba.academy
